Flexibility of Terms
These dwellings are available to purchase (with a modest ongoing annual service charge) or rent. The latter allowing prospective residents the opportunity to move into their new home immediately if they wish, without the need to sell their own property beforehand.
Daily Warden Service
Involving at least one personal visit every day of the year included in the annual service charge or monthly rent.
All the dwellings are connected to the adjacent care home through a call system via a telephone link. In the event of an emergency there are always a number of staff on site at all times - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year - so a trained member of staff would be there immediately. We believe this offers a superior service to many similar developments that either never have people on site at all or only some of the time and have to rely on distant call centers.
Maintenance of your home and garden
The maintenance of the exterior of your home, all communal areas and the gardens is included in the annual service charge or monthly rent.
Employed Maintenance Person
Available five days a week to do any internal maintenance jobs required at cost (no profit) or no fee at all.
All the dwellings are ground floor only
There are also no steps anywhere on the development.
The development is very secure with two gated entrances and is well lit at all times.
The development is two minutes walk from Brigg town centre, encouraging total independence.
The residents of Jasmine Court are able to participate in the daily activities in the adjacent care home at minimal or no extra charge if they wish to do soon.
There is ample visitors parking and luxury rooms available for visitors to reside in during longer visits.
